It’s 11 a.m. and New York City-based Sarah Callahan, a 28 year-old marketing exec, is already on her second Starbucks run.

As she makes her order (an iced skim latte and cold brew) she turns to her co-worker and asks her if she wants anything.

“Don’t worry it’s on me. I’ve got like thousands of points so it won’t cost me anything.”

Those points that Callahan is referring to, are points earned through Drop, an app that pays you for shopping at the places you already shop at. It’s thanks to Drop that Callahan never pays for Starbucks.

Drop will enable you to earn rewards on everything you buy

Callahan started using the app a couple months ago and now says she easily finds herself using it multiple times a day.

“There’s no fee, no gimmicks, no nothing, all I’m doing is getting rewards for money that I’m spending already,” Callahan told The Money Manual.

For Callahan, the app isn’t necessarily about laziness. Rather, it’s about being able to get money back on the purchases she is already making. In other words, she is saving, but not changing her routine. From clothing shopping at Zara and coffee orders at Starbucks to Lyft rides and Birchbox deliveries for makeup and hair products, Callahan has amassed nearly 50,000 point (worth $50) since starting with the app just two months ago.

“It’s easy and a no brainer,” she says. “I mean, it’s really just making my money make money.”

How it works

Using the app is easy: All you have to do is link your credit or your debit card or both to the app on your phone and then every time you make a purchase with those linked cards the app will automatically log the points. Those points can then be exchanged for cash via PayPal or gift cards.

From the downloading process to signing-up, Drop is as easy to use as one, two, save. If you’re ready to start saving money on the purchases you’re making already, download the app HERE and start packing on the points.
