Guess what tomorrow is… THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING! March 20th we begin to usher in warmer weather, blooming flowers, greener grass and longer days. And what better way to do this that with FREE ice cream?

Tomorrow, Dairy Queen is celebrating the first day of spring by giving out free small vanilla ice cream cones. No purchase necessary.  Cones are limited to one per person and this deal will be running at all non-mall locations. This is a spring kickoff event, but also a way to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Each location will be asking for donations and the goal is to exceed the nearly $300,000 that was raised last year on this day. Dairy Queen said that all donations stay local to fund critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment and charitable care.

Free cone day at Ben & Jerry’s on 4/10

And the free ice cream doesn’t stop there. Just three weeks later you can enjoy a free ice cream cone from Ben & Jerry’s on Tuesday, April 10. Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day is a small way they show appreciation for their customers. You can get any flavor of ice cream in your cone between 12-8pm on April 10.
