The insurance industry isn’t just growing – it’s booming. The total amount of premiums paid is increasing by 8.1% per year.

So, if you’re interested in life insurance, the problem isn’t a lack of options. The problem might be too many options. Where can you even begin?

Enter: Everyday Life.

Everyday Life is a brokerage platform that works with several major insurance carriers. You provide some basic info, and they tell you which plan is right for you.

In this Everyday Life insurance review, I’ll explain the process in detail – and tell you why I think it’s worth trying.

What is Everyday Life Insurance?

Everyday Life is an online life insurance brokerage platform. The company doesn’t provide life insurance coverage itself, but matches customers with insurance carriers that meet their needs.

So when you use Everyday Life to get insurance, you’re not actually getting an “Everyday Life” policy. You’re getting a policy from some other insurance carrier. Everyday Life is simply helping you find it.

This model is great for you as a customer because you get access to a wider variety of deals and offers. And what does that mean in practical terms? It could mean you get better coverage for a lower price – which is just what you’ll be looking for!

Policies purchased through Everyday Life are often simple, affordable, and convenient. That’s because the company’s business model is designed to help busy people access life insurance online.

Here are some Everyday Life fast facts:

  • With Everyday Life, you can access term life insurance and whole life insurance.
  • Prices start at just $4.00 per month, while $15.00 per month is the average.
  • The application process is usually 100% online, and there’s often no medical exam required.
  • You’ll get to choose your own payment date.
  • There’s a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Everyday Life offers policies from five different carriers, all of which have at least an A- financial strength rating from A.M. Best.

All of these features are designed to maximize convenience, affordability, and security. That’s a broker’s role – and Everyday Life does an excellent job of it!

How Does Everyday Life Insurance Work?

Everyday Life insurance works by connecting customers to life insurance policies. It’s basically an online broker designed to make the process of getting life insurance as easy and painless as possible.

Getting life insurance through Everyday Life is a three-step process:

  • Step 1: Get a personalized insurance recommendation. It’s almost unbelievable that this step is so easy. Just head to the official Everyday Life website and click “Get a Quote.” Then, answer some basic questions about your health, your habits, and the type of coverage you want. It takes only 3 minutes, and you won’t even need to share your contact info.
  • Step 2: Complete the application for your coverage. The details of the application process depend on which insurance carrier you get matched with, but it often takes around 10 minutes. Most folks can apply online, but some may need to conduct a phone interview and complete a medical exam.
  • Step 3: Activate your life insurance coverage. Your application should be approved within seconds, and your coverage can begin right away. Over 90% of recommended plans are approved at the same price that was initially quoted. And, in the rare event that your application is rejected, Everyday Life will help you find another option.

Is Everyday Life Insurance Legit?

Founded in 2018, Everyday Life is a licensed insurance brokerage, so it’s totally legit.

But does it live up to its stated commitment to “inclusivity, simplicity, and compassion?” Yes – or at least that’s what its customers say.

Everyday Life gets 4.4 stars from reviewers on Trustpilot, and it has an A+ grade with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). That suggests most customers have had a positive experience with the company.

Is Everyday Life Insurance Safe?

It’s time for this Everyday Life insurance review to make a bold statement: Using Everyday Life is completely safe.

Why am I so sure? Because Everyday Life only partners with reliable, trustworthy insurance carriers.

Here are the insurance companies that appear on the Everyday Life platform, along with their financial strength ratings from A.M. Best:

  • Assurity (A- rating)
  • Fidelity Life (A- rating)
  • Legal & General (A+ rating)
  • SBLI (A+ rating)
  • TruStage (A rating)

So when you get a life insurance policy through Everyday Life, you know it’s coming from a company in good financial shape. That means you don’t have to worry about whether the company will actually pay out.

Pros and Cons of Everyday Life Insurance

This Everyday Life insurance review aims to be transparent and well-rounded – so here are both the pros and the cons to consider.

Pros

  • Life insurance policies are generally affordable. The average monthly premium is just $15.
  • It’s super easy to get a quote online. Unlike some life insurance providers, you don’t even need to provide your contact info to see your options.
  • The partnering carriers all have strong financial ratings. When you get a policy through Everyday Life, you can be sure the carrier has at least an A- from A.M. Best.

Cons

  • There’s no consistent application process. Each carrier has its own system. Most applications can be completed online, but some require a phone interview or medical exam.
  • Everyday Life is a newer company with a limited history. The business is definitely legit, but it was only founded in 2018 – so it hasn’t had time to develop a super-strong reputation. For example, there aren’t many customer reviews online.

Everyday Life Insurance Reviews

There are 12 Everyday Life reviews on the review site Trustpilot, and most of them are positive. That’s why the company has 4.4 stars.

Unfortunately, none of those reviews are from the last couple of years. Strange, right? But I’m still sharing some reviews because I think they’re insightful.

In a 5-star Everyday Life insurance review, someone called Everyday Life “a breath of fresh air.” They appreciated that Everyday Life didn’t try to sell them more coverage than they needed.

On its website, Everyday Life claims that it looks out for the customer, not the insurance carrier. And according to this reviewer, the company lives up to that promise.

In another 5-star Everyday Life review, someone praised the company for offering personalized insurance that can be modified to match a person’s needs. With so many plans to choose from, Everyday Life continues to make versatility a major perk.

And in a 4-star Everyday Life insurance review, someone said they appreciated the options they were given. Their only complaint was that their price increased “by a huge difference” once their application had been reviewed.

On its website, Everyday Life says 90% of applications are approved at the quoted price. This person’s application seems to have fallen into the other 10%.

Everyday Life Insurance Reviews Reddit

Surprisingly, I couldn’t find an Everyday Life insurance review on Reddit. It seems crazy – I thought everything was on Reddit! – but I guess Everyday Life is still a new company. Remember, it was founded just in 2018.

But don’t worry. I’ll keep checking Reddit for an Everyday Life insurance review. And when I find one, I’ll be sure to report back!

Everyday Life Insurance Review BBB?

Everyday Life insurance is accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. That means the company has consistently engaged in fair business practices.

And guess how many customer complaints have been filed with the BBB? Zero! Can’t beat that, right?

As a customer, this positive BBB rating should be super reassuring.

Remember, Everyday Life is a relatively new company, and there aren’t many reviews online. But when an organization as reputable as the BBB gives a company an A+ rating, it really helps build trust.

Is Everyday Life Insurance Worth It?

Everyday Life insurance is worth it for lots of people – but it’s especially worth it if you’re not exactly sure what sort of life insurance you need.

That’s because of Everyday Life’s quoting tool, which it calls “The Ultimate Life Insurance Calculator.” The process is simple: You answer a few basic questions about your needs and expectations, and they tell you which insurance plan would be best.

So, with Everyday Life, you don’t have to spend hours learning about the ins and outs of life insurance. Instead, you can trust the life insurance calculator to be your digital advisor.

But it’s not all about maximizing convenience. Using Everyday Life can make financial sense, too. After all, the policies can cost as little as $4 a month, and they’re all underwritten by companies on secure financial footing.

Everyday Life makes it easy to make smart financial decisions. Worth it? I think so!
